I created a design universe for SeenThis's global event concept Above the Noise.
With a theme of standing out from the crowd and hosting the events in rooftop bars of tall buildings, I created a visual concept of skylines and night skies – literally above the noise of the cities the event is hosted in: New York, Stockholm and Oslo. My client wanted the theme to be fun, bold and to incorporate super heroes, and I kept that thought as inspiration to the final comic book aesthetic.
Design universe
The video looping on the top screen of the New York event langingpage. The background is made to look like a comic book panel a night sky behind the skyscrapers of New York, with raster textures and motion lines drawing attention to the center where text is supposed to be placed. The perspective is from below, to create a feeling of looking up, above the noise. Created in after Effects.
